Pomp De Franc

Today I discovered cake heaven. Katie Franklin runs Pomp De Franc in East London, a glorious, sugary wonderland. I used to live round the corner from her bakery and I am so upset I never knew it existed until today.  Pomp De Franc has grown into an established high-end cake company and Franklin now produces made-to-order confections. Her clients include the fashion houses Meadham Kirchoff, Mulberry and Lanvin.
