No Bread Food


Simon and I recently went away to the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District for 10 days. Whilst we were there we pretty much ate at the lovely local pub every night. I think I had cider and red meat every day - oh ohs. I definitely felt the effects of heavy English pub food when we returned home to London so I have decided to cut out as much stodgy, bread based meals as I can from my diet.

I've collected some great veggie recipes from some absolutely amazing food blogs to inspire me to make more healthy choices. I find lunch time quite hard as its easy to snack if I'm busy working ( I work as a freelance designer from home). I hope you enjoy these recipes too!

Oh, and I'm a teeny bit obsessed with Mexican food but I've tried to keep tacos to a minimum - it was hard.
