FAQ FOR STYLE, SHOOT, SELL - THE ULTIMATE PHOTOGRAPHY STYLING COURSE
What camera/equipment do I need?
The good news is that you don't need an expensive camera to join in on this course any DSLR, Mirrorless or point-and-shoot camera will do. Even if you just have an iPhone you can still learn so much from this course. The other equipment you'll need is a laptop or tablet so you can read the PDF workbooks.
How do I know if this course is right for me?
I know that investing in yourself can be a daunting thing. This course is aimed at beginner-intermediate photographers and stylists. It's best if you have taken photographs with a camera before and feel semi-confident snapping away before you join this course. This course won’t be right for you if you are already a professional product or branding photographer with 2+ years of experience. If in doubt email me at hello@nancy-straughan.com
Before starting this course, do I need to know how to use manual mode on a camera?
Not at all. You can still join this course if you shoot on auto mode on your camera. However, some manual mode points are referenced during this course for more intermediate photographers. If you find that you would like to get to grips with manual mode on your camera either before starting this course or during it, there are some fantastic videos on YouTube, which are completely free to watch. I recommend searching for “beginners photography guide to manual mode”.
How much time will I need to put into this course?
The amount of time and effort you put in is completely up to you, but the more work you do, the faster your results will be, and you'll see real growth. New content will be added weekly, but if you need to take things slower, that's fine, as you will have lifetime access to the course materials.
I highly suggest you join the weekly Zoom meetings, as I will cover additional content not included in the course workbooks.
Do you provide 1-2-1 feedback on my photography work?
Yes! My 1-2-1 feedback is included in the course price. You'll receive weekly constructive feedback based on the images you submit to the private WhatsApp group.
What if I decide the course isn’t right for me?
I want you to be satisfied with your investment in this course, however, should your chosen course not be a good fit for you, I offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. See full terms below.
