My Favourite Books of 2016

It's quite rare that I talk about books on my blog, I have no idea why as I absolutely love reading, so I thought it was time for me to talk about my favorite reads. I read some corkers in 2016, probably my best year yet for books. I discovered a few new authors including Ali Smith and Adrian Barnes and I broadened my view on the sort of books I usually pick up too.

I decided that it would be fun to film an informal and chatty video all about the top books I read in 2016. I read a book or comic around once a month and I found six that really stood out to me, I hope you manage to read at least one and enjoy it. Well, grab a cup of tea, sit back and enjoy listening to me ramble on about books for a while (fingers crossed not too much rambling!).

Books mentioned:

Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day

How to be Both

The Buried Giant

And my two most favorite books of all time...
