London Wanderings

Early last week I realised that I had three meetings in town and a press show that evening too, I'm very rarely in central London all day so I decided to take my camera along with me to take a few photos of what I found. I loved my little wander around London and I found myself noticing more than I usually would if I were just rushing around the place. First stop was Primrose Hill for a copywriting interview / meeting and it was so lovely to stop and enjoy the little independent shops and pastel coloured houses.

I then hopped on the Northern line and headed to Goodge Street to have a wedding invite related lunch at The Detox Kitchen. I had my first ever matcha latte and I loved it! After popping in to see Simon at work I headed back on over to Tottenham Court Road (I was back and forth a lot that day!) to head on over to Heals for the press launch of their brand new collection called Edizioni Italiane. Phew, a pretty busy day!

After my meeting with Grace from Meylor to chat about my wedding invitations (we're working together on a new collection eeeek) I hopped on over to Heals to take a look at their new pieces. I took a few photos of the lovely brand new furniture that has been specially designed for their new Italian collection. If you're interested in interiors I'm sure you'll love it.

It was lovely to be invited along and I had the chance to meet Deborah from The Red Beetle who specialises in sourcing the best Italian food, I really loved the colourful bottles of olive oil. I also had the chance to chat to a few fellow bloggers too which was lovely. I really liked all the olive branches that were decorating the tables as well as the leather, brass and blue details on the furniture, the Italian food that was served was delicious too. All in all a lovely evening. Thanks for having me Heals!
